Small scale projects related to painting, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance, repairs, etc.
at all CFMC facilities Moving/assembling furniture and equipment as needed at all CFMC locations Set up/tear down, and other assistance as needed at CFMC events and community partner events Upkeep of lawn and landscaping Mow Grass Maintain landscaping (seasonal upkeep, trim shrubs, add mulch, etc.
) Leaf/debris removal from sidewalks, parking lot & lawn Maintain lawn mower, blower, other tools as needed Exterior maintenance Clean out gutters as needed Maintain the general cleanliness and appearance of exterior of both facilities (aside from contracted services) Salt/ice melt as needed in winter Inspect and monitor for problems Maintenance of mobile unit Maintain cleanliness of unit Fill with gas Perform routine safety inspections Ensure tags, state inspections, etc.
are current at all times Complete oil changes, monitor fluids, air pressure in tires, etc.
Prefer someone with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Must possess basic computer skills that would include but not be limited to:
using a computer for the following job duties:
internal and external communications, tracking and maintaining documentation for facility maintenance, researching and obtaining bids, quotes, and price comparison from various vendors and suppliers You will be required to drive your personal vehicle between sites.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 penalty points on your DMV record is required along with a reliable transportation to commute between work sites as needed in the performance of maintenance duties Work Environment/Benefits Full time position with Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends or Holidays.
