We are offering a full-time position in Yanceyville, North Carolina where your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our programs, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
What You'll Do As a Program Assistant for Easterseals UCP, you'll play a pivotal role in our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.
You will coordinate and monitor all non-clinical operations of ACTT; managing medical records, operating and coordinating the management information system, and maintaining accounting and budget records.
Your contribution will also extend to receptionist activities where you will triage calls and coordinate communication between the team and individuals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of care.
You will be the supportive force that our team relies on to ensure our operations run efficiently and our clients receive the best care possible.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you'll also be Directly involved in tracking service authorizations Managing electronic health records Participating in team meetings Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients and ancillary service providers How You'll Benefit We value our team members and in return for your hard work and dedication, you'll earn a competitive hourly wage (between $15-$20 per hour) based on your experience.

What We're Looking For To join our team as a Program Assistant, you should have the following
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Certification as a medical administrative technician or equivalent (preferred) At least 6 months of documented experience in a mental health environment (preferred) Valid insurance for personal vehicles utilized for work Completion of required agency and service model trainings within a specified time period We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is ready to contribute positively to our team and the lives of those we serve.
